The first Presidential Debate of 2020 was a catastrophe – nothing but interruptions by the President, to the point where neither former Vice-President Biden nor moderator Chris Wallace could get a word in edge-wise. The second debate was cancelled, as the president was still infected by Covid19. So when time for the third debate came around, I decided to do some drawings to calm my nerves while I watched.
Thanks to the skills of moderator Kristen Welker, and, probably, the threat of mic cut-offs, at least we could hear from each of the candidates at the third debate. But what’s really on the ballot this year is truth, and President Trump filled that debate with lie after lie. Don’t take my word for it, check the NY Times article HERE.
What a low bar we’ve set, when we think, at least this debate was better than the first one, you could hear them talk.
Personally I’m tired of the lies and divisiveness of the current administration. Which is why, in addition to many other reasons, I’m VOTING BLUE this election day.
